What do you all make of this? Lets assume that both people want the relationship to work. How to mitigate this, etc?
Lets say that its in the eleventh house and both peoples Moons are in Scorpio but obviously not conjunct.
Have you checked the declinations?
I havent. I know nothing about them. Do you have any suggestions on where I should start with that? I was trying to avoid posting the charts.
If you use astro.com, when you pull up the synastry chart, above the chart on upper left, there should be a tiny box that says PDF. Click that box, then click "additional tables"
This will take you to the declination tables. Youll see latitudes, longitudes and declinations. What you want to do is go to the declinations column and compare the declinations in each chart. If any planets are within about 1.5 degrees from the other persons, and they are both North or both South, that means the planets are parallel. If they are less than 1.5 degrees apart but one is N and the other S, they are considered contraparallel.
Parallels are similar to conjunctions and contraparallels are similar to oppositions.
If one of the charts has a string of parallels, then if the other persons planets are conta or parallel even one of the planets in the string, all of those planets are affected by that aspect because they work like a whole.
Thanks! So my Moon is parellel their Jupiter with an orb of 29 minutes. That makes sense to me.
I'd imagine although no technical synastry between the moons that you could feel more "home" with this person.Could be an intense feeling of home since scorpio moons.. that is if you can get to that level of emotional communication.
Both in 11th house if you can find the common ground I'd imagine could be reciprocating since there is a lot of similar needs and desires.
That was my take on it... as if I know what I'm talking about Lol
