Shock! My attorney sent me a $250 Amazon gift card for being a great client.

WoW!  This was a great experience.

Marriott charged my sister-in-law for a TV they said she broke.  She never turned it on. The credit card company sided with the hotel.

Also, my husband's uncle,  who wife just died... story is, they were on the phone and she said she couldn't breathe. He told her to call the doctor. She said she could not breathe and had to get off the phone.

He called 911, en route to the house. She passed out, not breathing, when paramedics arrived. They took her to the hospital.  Pronounced dead.

@elsa I’m so sorry. It’s surprising how quickly events can turn.

Heads up!  After six years I got a new Android about a month ago.  Recently I noticed that my total number of apps increased, without my adding any, several times.  I just spent hours going through each, uninstalling nine including two AI and Content augmenters.  I also had to shut off all sorts of permissions including the recording and system altering kind, and stop almost all from running in the background.  Will be monitoring daily!

@warped

I spent an hour at the AT&T store last week. We have a limited cellular usage plan. I was getting data use notifications.  I checked the app and saw usage when I should be on the home WiFi. I checked my IP address.  The phone was as pinging an out of state IP address.

Earlier that day I had an email from Microsoft about unusual activity on my account and asked for verification. So, I guess I am caught up in a Microsoft hack. —- I have outlook on my phone. Microsoft required a change of password and did some kind of account recovery process.

The AT&T store was said I could call their help which had more resources. I handed over the phone and said I want you to do it. Gray hair and all, I can look like Granny needs help.

The person on the phone asked if I had new apps I hadn’t downloaded.

They also asked if my phone had any ghosts-unusual screen blinks. They put on a remote assistance app so they could look at my phone. I was told the phone was acting properly, turn off cellular data and monitor for usage. And change passwords.

When I got home, the IP address was corrected to the home WiFi.

Anyway, have you checked your phone IP address and cellular use??

Will do.  I just checked and the total of apps is Four higher than yesterday, again!

It's my Only device, no WiFi or cable here, and has an unlimited data plan.  Didn't know they were called ghosts, but I've had those blinks for years Only on a county property data website's Bird's Eye View.

sesh group party

Remember this?

My son is the second one on the left, in front.  He and his best friend, Quirky Aqaurian, second one in from the right, asked me if they could have 30 friends over. for a dance party, outside, in the driveway. It was 1 pm - the party was @ 4:30 or so. I said, yes.

It was Colorado, so I went and got a bunch of hot chocolate - they would be dancing outside... I believe it got down to 17 degrees!

Anyway, more like, 50 people showed up.  The pic is from later in the evening... it was so cold, I had them all come inside.  It was such a trip. I watched in amazement, as one car after another, pulled up in front of my house and dumped a bunch of kids off.

I really think kids need (safe) places where they can gather.

I'm just watching Uranus make its way to my Mars. Which is in Gemini at zero.

Lord God.

@soup don't worry too much yet, you have some time. It's going to go retrograde and will be hanging out around this 27 degrees for like the next year. I have been bracing myself since that's my descendant and I have 4 planets in the next 10 degrees. I don't even want to look too far yet in case it is going to linger awhile longer lol

@tbb I know to stop looking. And I know I get worried WAY before the thing that is coming lands.... but that... lord God. I don't want it. 😳 And Pluto will square my 4-degree Scorpio sun. How many things should I be expected to navigate at one time 🤪
