lemons garlic shallots butter wine parsley chicken broth CAPERS

I always add artichoke hearts <3

@nona yum! This is actually something I cook often but my husband is allergic to artichokes so we can't have them. I was looking for something with olives. I don't know.  Something new.

@elsa Have you ever made Chicken Marbella? Original recipe calls for thighs but I think my mom makes it with breasts.

@cocopeaches Thank you for this suggestion. I made it with the substitution of apricots for the prunes.  It was good.  It’s hard to find food I can eat with my alpha-gal allergy.

@sue-ellen You're welcome! Glad you tried it! I would have a really hard time adjusting to that allergy. I hope the symptoms dissipate for you over time.

MMM olives of course !  I guess I kind of mix these recipes

..I prefer thighs always (more fat). 

I made "Glory Bowl" for family dinner last night, added (greek marinade) grilled chicken breast. And strawberry shortcake.

Hooked on pasta with those olives, oil and garlic, sundried tomatoes. Lots of fresh parsley and top with with feta.
