New Moon in Sagittarius Presents, “A Slice Of Life”

this tall to rideThe new moon a 9 degrees Sagittarius will take place just after midnight on December 1, 2024.  Sagittarius is known to be upbeat. Unfortunately,  the sun and moon will square Saturn in Pisces.  There’s no way around it; your big opportunity is going to be clocked in some way. Cut off.

It reminds me of being a kid at the fair; you’re not scared at all, but you can’t get in the ride,  because of your “lack”. There’s a good reason for the rule – your safety, but you still feel hapless, as it seems everyone in the world is on that ride but you!

December first falls in one of the busiest shopping times of the year.  You may see this play with all the cyber goodies, you can’t afford, twinkling at you.  I’m sorry if this is downbeat; it’s not intended that way. I think it’s simply a slice of life. Real life.

Here’s another example: the potential of a big happy family (Sagittarius moon) getting together for the holiday…. except, no.  It doesn’t happen for a long, long, list of reasons. It’s a setup for disappointment, if your expectations are high.

If you view this from the other perspective, Saturn looking at the sun and moon, you stand in reality and create the best fun and positive experience you can, with what you’ve got.

Nothing is hardwired here.  We have a slew of planets in Mutable signs.  The positive Sagittarian energy can potentially overcome your blocks.  No matter what happens, it’s going to be very interesting to watch.

New moons represent new beginnings. I will use this new moon to frame out (Saturn) my worldview (Sagittarius), this holiday season.  What’s my responsibility in the big picture?

Once I have this defined, all I need do is follow through.

How do you feel about this new moon?  Does it aspect your chart?  Thumbs up or down?

  1. I just realised, I have my natal sun at 14 Virgo, and Mercury at 7 Virgo. I’ll be caught in….a grand cross of sorts? Looks like 🙁

I do have LOTS of travel planned for the next 2 weeks (all business). Aaaaaagh
