@oanney thanks. I actually got effective treatment a couple months ago. I don't need nerve pain drugs though I still take nsaids and plaquenil.

Very weird. I have a consultation in 10 minutes. I usually know what I need to say, by holding the chart in my hand and glancing at it. Today I got flooded with info, like this 30 min will change this gal's life. Just overwhelmingly precise and exact instructions from whoever or whatever provides me with insight,
