I have the carts of two unrelated people who have dementia. I've compared them and find both have Moon sq Mars, Moon conj or opp Pluto, Moon square nodes, Merc trine Venus, Merc * Mars, and Merc * Saturn. Not what I expected. Any ideas?

My FORMER astro buddy of 15 years, her father, had Alzheimer’s for a decade. In her natal chart, a debilitated Saturn RX is in her 4th house of father. Her Merc in Aqua, is in her 10th, but the turned 7th, is combust and is in an out-of-sign opposition to this Saturn RX.
