My niece has this.  Pluto in Sagittarius in the 1st house conjunct Ascendant.  Its a separating aspect at 8 degrees.

Physically, she doesn't have the penetrating eyes, but what she does have is extreme focus.  She wants to be the best in everything she does.  Anything less is not good enough.  She is only 18, but is already an accomplished athlete and honor student.

Another thing with this aspect is that they're hard to know.  They keep their feelings to themselves and definitely beat themselves up if they miss the mark.
