Literally work, that is.
I happened to get the birth date of a coworker that makes me shake my head. I suspected Mercury/Neptune, and was I right... Mercury 29 Aries square Neptune 29 Capricorn.
My Rising is 28 Aries. My Jupiter is 29 Libra.
I keep getting lumped in with this girl whenever my boss notices something off. It's driving me crazy, but with a tie like that, now I know why.
She is a Taurus Sun, her Sun squaring my Sun and Mars.
Her Gemini Moon squares her Virgo Mars. This lands on my Virgo Mercury. Yay.
I also noticed that communication between all coworkers is much better when she's not around.
As for the job itself, I got another offer, but turned it down due to a long commute, weird hours and a negligible jump in pay. I also found out I'm moving sooner than I thought. Might as well stick it out for another year. (Kept Guy, the one who wanted me fired, is no longer an employee, as the corporation that bought the vet practice won't hire him.)
Update: I have a couple of interviews next week. One place is literally three minutes from my house.
I also know that everyone is looking for something else on the sly in case this corporation decides to bring in "their own people". One just doesn't know.
She doesn't converse, and if she does, she mumbles. No one gets her.
My Rising (ironically my Rising is exactly inconjunct Neptune) feeds this nonsense. I'm really getting sick of my name being in the same breath as hers. I can be scatterbrained (unsuspected Virgo Mercury), but goodness, I'm not stupid!
Her Neptune 29° Capricorn tells us that she's quite younger than you. It takes time (a whole lot of time) to overcome a tendency to mumble... also, positive encouragement from people around one.
It takes time for a Taurus Sun, Gemini Moon to grow into her own skin, to learn to show her confidence in her abilities, i.e. to act confidently, using the skills she's learned. I mean, when Neptune-Mercury are part of the mix. Everyone gains when one of the team members gets a better grasp on improving her performance. Asking her to speak up, each time, may annoy you, and her, nevertheless it's the only way, imo and in my experience. Really, insist. Persist. Cheers!
Turned out I got the date wrong by five days.
She has a Leo Moon. Yes, right on top of my Sun and Mars.
This is lassoed into a t square with the Taurus Sun and an Aquarius Jupiter.
Mercury still held the tight square with Neptune, only it became an out of sign square - 0 Taurus.
It doesn't matter now because she was fired today. "She'll go on to bigger and better things somewhere else" was how it was presented.
Yes, she was a kid, young enough to be my daughter. This new information put things in perspective. Mercury being in Taurus, not Aries, and her not getting stuff. Her t square making my teeth grind since it flared up my Mars. Let's hope she drops the nonsense so she can succeed somewhere else.
And by succeeding, I don't mean telling your boss that you were about to get another job (I think she lied to save face) and "thanks for the training". Leo Moon opposite Jupiter ???
