I quit coffee which was more difficult to do than quitting cigarettes. It is extremely addictive. My body feels better and I have more energy overall. The initial boost caffeine gave me was nice but I felt more deflated and off balance soon after.
@cocopeaches Coffee is more difficult at this point! I stopped for six weeks until I realized how low energy I was. Saturn Rx didn't help I think. I try to have it every other day now, and make it weakly. I do love a cuppa black coffee, but it'll just blow my gasket eventually if I'm not careful.
I'm down from a pot a day where I was a few years ago, so I'm heading in the right direction!

@buendia I cracked the code. I replaced one addiction with a less harmful one. I switched from coffee to natural cocoa and did not have a craving since. The key is to find beneficial addiction. Ruler of my chart is in Scorpio so compulsive obsessive streak is part of my modus operandi.
Much better now that Saturn is direct. The retro was a humdinger in that it was the last time it squeezed my late Scorp stellium. Only trines and sextiles to come for a while while it cruises my 10th house until the late degrees.
