I’d like to resurrect a topic dated Nov 22, 2019 about the effects of the natal placement of Uranus in the 8th house. My late husband had this in his chart, and I was fascinated reading about peoples’ experiences of supernatural events who share this placement. So many reports rang true to what i observed in Jesse’s life & personality. In particular, his “knowing” about impending death, and his closeness, if you will, to Death and the dead. It was almost as if the dead were alive to him in a sense. He was an artist & musician; many of his creations were lovingly dedicated to or memorials of those who had passed, just in general. He wasn’t focused on only people he’d known, he held reverence for all souls who had passed before him. This didn’t come across as morbid or dark in any way. The sincerity of his remembrance, and sometimes sorrow, was palpable and it colored his world. Prior to his own death in 2022, Jesse appeared to have a sense or knowing that it was impending, even though he passed unexpectedly, shocking me to the core. His 8th house was in Scorpio with Uranus at 11°.
In our life together, his experiences with the supernatural were regular, and he had a sort of “magic” about him. It’s true he was the love of my life, but I’m writing this with the utmost objectivity in hopes of hearing others share their experiences. Thank you
Uranus and Neptune are on another level, for sure. Read chart placements of famous people, especially ones with strong Uranus or Neptune conjunctions and they always have some remarkable quality about them.
Uranus has an electrical quality to it (Neptune; magnetic). Wherever your Uranus is, you are "shockingly great" as I like to say. Whatever house Uranus is in for you is the ultimate energizer for you.
My Uranus is in 5th house Sagittarius, and I've only ever been truly amazing in the publication or gambling industries. They give me incredible energy.
I'm sorry for your loss, Janie.
In my era, this was seen via sexual expression. Free love and such.
