My husband has been dragging his feet about selling his family home....foreverrrr. Recognizing his Taurus Moon, I know better not to do anymore than support what feels like an endless process to my Sagittarius Moon. It is moving closer to the end point. Never the less I have been on pins and needles, fearing missing the window and having to accept a big loss when the real estate market finally crashes.
He turned a corner this summer and seemed to mentally/emotionally come to terms with letting it go and finished the updates, etc.
Well it now looks like his niece is interested in buying it at the price we need and which would make it super easy for him to walk away from it, as it will still be in the family and he could go visit the tree he and his dad planted together.

@jana I understand his hanging on... I have that moon and if I had my way, I would still have everything that has ever entered my life and drag it to my grave. I have a very hard time letting go. If my husband didn't police the area, we would be Bona fide hoarders only neat ones... I do keep my haul organized LOL
I bought a building as soon as my business started to turn a profit. I got sick and left the building and refused to put it up for sale until over a year later. Means we made the second mortgage because I couldn't let it go... Taurus moon.

There was a murder/suicide in my circle on last years October eclipse. The teenage son of the murdered woman was in the home when it happened, but wasn’t physically involved, thankfully.
Haven’t seen any of the charts involved, only her ex husband’s, who had that eclipse and Uranus in his 7th house at the time.
That’s really something else after 45 years of marriage :(((

Tragic for all. Could he have dementia, or could she have been diagnosed with a terminal illness?
@warped it was something else. The reason is known. Apparently he intended to kill himself, but couldn't do it. He waited ten hours, in the house with her body, then drove to the police, gave them the gun, turned himself in.
He's awaiting trial. It's a big mess. Nothing can happen prior to his being convicted. He signed over Power of attorney and this is still the case.
Terrible for the client.
@elsa This is so terribly sad for their child. I don't know what can be said other than what a tragedy. And she didn't deserve to be married to such a person.
Mental illness is at an all-time high in this country. Maybe the whole planet.
That's horrible. So many senseless tragedies that not only end lives but irreparably damage the survivors. Why oh why don't people just leave?!
@warped I agree with the leaving warped. Why don't they just leave. I think the same with cheaters. Just leave. Why destroy everyone with that kind of pain? Just go. It's not like divorce or separation is a crime. No one thinks anything of it anymore. But there is a lot of mental illness. Just walking around all over the place. The only place the mentally ill go now, is prison.
