Damn interesting question!

1. Look as i read somewhere there are 3 personality signs exist on each human, sun, moon, rising and so on.. pisces behaviour are different according to moon and rising.. that's totally true

2. As @soup clearly described here are totally 100% true regarding pisces sun sign, I am also related to pisces but we always want to see bigger picture, mature audience, mature conversation, mature partner, @soup tell everything right but look no one is perfect. I always tell myself I did wrong whatever mistake is, how much small is but wrong is wrong. Pisces don't have to be treat polite when he/she should have to be self defended because people take negative advantage if you are doing extra ordinary politeness to someone. NOTE IT.

3. Regarding admirable or foolish. I must add here it depends on situation if you are 50 years old man struggle whole life for your family so they should admire pisces but if you say if pisces serve a glass of water to someones that doesn't make any sense to get admiration that's just a small thing. Yeah I must tell u all 2 things pisces should work on these are KILL LAZINESS & WORK/Present ON REALITY "no dreams at all".
