There is a chance that the demographics of the countries within the chip supply chain may not be able to keep up with the demand they will need to assemble the comput power to achieve what they want to at the moment. The high end chips are produced by such an intricate supply chain where only one company in the world has the skills in each separate step. One step derails the whold thing. This is what I heard and hold out hope it is true and will slow it down. I wonder if the pendulum swing features a de-industrialization in many parts of the world that no one expects.
