When Saturn transits Aries, we’ll get serious about partnering again, as Aries opposes Venus-ruled Libra. The phrase, “land a man” comes to mind. Saturn (land) Aries/Mars (man). ha ha!
When it comes to partnering, I feel most all mainstream guidance is detrimental to a person. A good relationship strengthens and supports the individual. If a person’s needs are met, they shop less, so there’s your real (Saturn) motive (Mars). Money.
Cardinal signs are concerned with the structure of a person’s life. How you fare (Aries) is related to who you partner with (Libra). A partner can enhance you or drag you down. Surely, this something to pay attention to.
Both men and women are commonly socialized to be scheming, these days. It dangerous to anyone who values their energy, which includes their time and money.
There’s also a lot of focus on sex and a person’s veneer. Well we’re pretty much drowning in this stuff at this point. These things lose value when the market is saturated. It’s real love that’s so scarce.
If you opt to get real about partnering, it’s not a spokesmodel you want. Male or female, this is. You’ve got to be a person willing to live on the earth and do the work. With this accomplished, you can look for a peer. Someone else who’s managed to leave the circus to forge a real relationship. You can’t call veneer for help, when you find yourself in a ditch.
Saturn in Aries, on one level is about getting yourself together. See how that works? Get yourself together and then look at the person ‘cross from you (LIbra). I’m thinking we need to do a workshop on this… desperately. I will talk to Satori about that, but for now, here’s something to consider.
If you want to know if love is real, ask yourself if your partner is working on your behalf? I’m not talking about doing your bidding! Are they actively investing in you, in helping you, and also in helping you to be better person? Helping you raise your game? If so, you’ve got something real.
You also need to check yourself. Are you actively working on your partner’s behalf? If not, why not?
This is workshop on the Venus Saturn combo. It’s hardcore, because I’m not playing on this topic.
Where are you on the me/we axis, as Saturn heads into Aries. Are you optimistic about this? Or not so much?
I have Cap on my DSC, and Venus in my 10th house. I was in this workshop when you first offered it. I got the confidence to get really serious about dating after that. I went heavy into my research and development phase, which was a lot of work but necessary for me. Found a partner less than 3 years later (he has Saturn+Pluto in his 7th), and we are celebrating 6 years of marriage this year. I don’t know that I could have made it to this point if it weren’t for Elsa’s solid advice on how to partner successfully! This workshop was really rich. I’m sure I carry a lot of the wisdom that Elsa shared in this workshop, to this day. Thank you, Elsa <3
You’re welcome! Thanks for the good review!
Saturn/pluto in the 7th here… know a You I can meet? Lol 😆
Happy to read of your happy relationship ❤ many blessings
Aww, thank you. You’re so sweet. I hope you find the real deal!
I can’t marry bc I’m disabled and would jeopardize my benefits. I’m not interested in procreating but I’m interested in “going thru the motions” as it were. I’m essentially off the relationship escalator and I would probably opt for non monogamy at this point bc society already punishes disabled people for marrying/cohabiting so I’m just sticking it to the system. The govt has to subsidize my life and hopefully I get sum good 🍆s
Looking forward to learning more on this subject Elsa, your insight is like gold nuggets to me.
I must be ahead of the curve because I’ve just started dating (an Aries) again after more than 10years being single (I have Venus in Capricorn retrograde at 29 degrees so yes thanks uncle Pluto). We both have Libra moons too. We had both “given up hope”. Let’s see how this plays out.
Thanks to Elsa, I will postpone my desire to be partnered again until Saturn leaves my 6th house Pisces and enters my 7th, Aries.
I was married to an Aries for 33years and we would still be happy together if he didn’t pass away.
Yet, I definitely don’t want to repeat this exhausting rollercoaster of a marriage to a man who can’t sit still, doesn’t remember much of the past and basically lives in and for ‚what comes next‘ and I better be the first one to know… 🙂
If you do this workshop Elsa, I will join! I love Aries energy, had a 5 year relationship to a Libra man and found it boring and manipulative (straightforward Aries honesty and even confrontation suits me much better) and called it off.
It’s just that Pisces in the 6th house of work and attention to detail is not easy, Saturn is helping me navigating through the swamp.
I’m open to learn more, my mother married again at 72 after her hubby passed and was very happy with this man who lived a few weeks beyond his 100s birthday.
So, it’s possible.
