I read somewhere that Venus-Neptune aspects standout in artists; don't remember the source, it might have been on this Forum, so try searching.
Venus in Pisces in 3rd house could be read as communication, media associated with creative dreams. With T.Uranus in 5th house of creativity, sudden inspiration or innovation or changes is possible, especially since T.Uranus is in Taurus (another Venus link).
Career is 10th house so at 29º Virgo - service industry; is producing music a service to musicians or the creative industry? I don't know, maybe. N.Node in Cap in 1st house says that it's likely a leadership position could be a fit.
It's not obvious to me, but it sounds possible.
I have only ever heard two or three things about music in my time looking at astrology. One is that Uranus aspects are important in technical musical talent and if you look at musicians this is backed up, where Uranus is placed and its aspects shows something about their style.
The second was an astrology lecturer I hear occasionally say that Madonna 'sang her chart'... So each song is a different set of aspects in her chart.
It would be an interesting study, what is generally in different musicians charts. I think it is one of THE most interesting astrological questions I have heard... Astrologers for some reason so often do the charts of some insane person like 'Hitler' and I don't get the curiousity in that direction.
Hmm... I would consider the end of a sign like that basically the next sign. And that MC is as end of the sign as you can possibly get so MC is in Libra for this one Imo.
29° is a critical degree, the omega energy which in my view is very different from 0° in the next sign, also a critical degree but carrying the alpha energy.
The omega, has an urgency to culminate something, it is one of the most potent degrees in astrology even by transits, progression, solar arcs etc, along with 0°. So I wouldn't dismiss either by equalizing them.
