The new moon in Capricorn will take place in the early morning on January 11th. I strongly suggest you take this one seriously as it’s packed with potential. Outer planets are involved.
This new moon makes me think of a plain, homemade dress with good bones / good lines. That’s Capricorn. But then and artist comes in and transforms the garment in ways no one would expect. Think, Denny Dent!
Specifically, the sun and moon will conjoin Pluto, while trining Uranus in Taurus. Look for deep and long-lasting transformative change.
Now this can be for good or ill but I don’t think this new moon will pass unnoticed, due to outer planets but also considering the auxiliary information.
I’m talking about exalted Mars in Capricorn, supported by Saturn in Pisces and Jupiter in Taurus. Something is being built here. Let me run through it again…
Sun, Moon, Mars, Pluto in Capricorn, all tracking to ruler Saturn, which is supported by Mars and Jupiter. Seriously, for Godsakes, at least consider making a fundamental change for the positive. It can happen!
What you can’t do, is control what the PTB do. It will be something, that’s for sure. I doubt it’s nice!

- New Moon in the 1st house – This is your appearance and your physical body. Also, lead with authority.
- New Moon in the 2nd house –Money and your values, hard core. Control spending, invest wisely (for the long term). Build wealth. Live with integrity in accord with your values.
- New Moon in the 3rd house – Communicate like a grown up. You’re responsible for what you say! Also, say less and have it mean more!
- New Moon in the 4th house – Update the rules and standards for your home. Family support.
- New Moon in the 5th house – New framework and rules for children. Commit to being creative. Dating with a goal in mind.
- New Moon in the 6th house – Shouldering responsibility on the job. Take responsibility for your health. Basically, shock everyone by getting yourself together.
- New Moon in the 7th house – Rules and standards for your interactions with others. GROW UP in this regard (if needed). Also, quit projecting!
- New Moon in the 8th house – Get a handle on your pathological behavior. Possibly support someone struggling with 8th house stuff – death, deep pain, etc.
- New Moon in the 9th house – If you are not adhering to your own principles.. er… at the very least, you can at least quit preaching.
- New Moon the 10th house – Take care you use your authority over others, appropriately.
- New Moon in the 11th house – Face any fear of interacting with friends and groups. Deal with restrictions in this area. Also, it’s your responsibility to manifest your wishes, hopes and dreams.
- New Moon in the 12th house – Working for God. Adhering to metaphysical law.
Back this this idea: I strongly suggest you take this one seriously as it’s packed with potential.

I’ve been waiting for this one to hit my 1st house!
The past couple of weeks have been horrendous for me and I finally succumbed to Saturn in Pisces FEAR (squared by T.Mars in my 12th), really plumbing the depths. I was ready to give up, but instead spent the sleepless nights trying to come to terms with my loss. I got up this morning determined to keep going and use this next week to shore up my power as much as possible and get myself out there come the 11th and beyond.

I know this may be premature, but I’m reminded the planets are buncing up again. Just yesterday,Los Angeles public health authorities mandated masks at medical facilities.
Maybe the new moon will accentuate this trend nationally.
l read each New Moon placement in houses (above) beautifully nuanced advice, Elsa. It will be in my 11th opp Mars 19 Cancer.l have had a word with friends about ‘ necessary change’ too. ( l did have fear around this. But it needed saying. And l was heard). l am sitting with things atm. Not well. It’s ok. l always say to self: It is what it is…you can only do what you can do…(l did manage one small drawing…two faces blended. Hard to explain). And less than perfect health does not stop me setting intensions.( That feels powerful!) But many things are not in focus yet…that Chiron/North Node conjunction (Feb)16 Aries will look at my Mars too from the 2nd…and other things too. (North N Libra 12) while Saturn inches closer to the ASC… Too much happening underneath. Too much cooking. Yes, l am back in the kitchen.

Hm. It’ll be on my 2nd, and trine my sun and midheaven, opposite Saturn in my 8th. I have to say, I’m not sure what to do with that, if anyone has any ideas. 😉 Those areas of life have been a complete mystery to me for the past few years, due to a lot of disruption. I definitely don’t want to let opportunity slip by.
This moon will be conjunct my sun, both in 3rd house. My Mercury and Mars are also in Capricorn in 3rd house. Starting therapy next week.

This New Moon will exactly square the North Node Aries and South Node Libra, which will cause a “Moon Wobble”. Moon Wobbles are usually associated (in mundane astrology) with big events such as earthquakes, natural disasters, global shake ups.
It’s the halfway point between the Solar Eclipse in Libra last October, and the upcoming Eclipse in Aries in April.
So we can probably expect issues from the Libra Solar Eclipse to come to the surface as well, as it’s tightly square that Eclipse degree (21°Libra), for us to deal with constructively.
With the New Moon Capricorn, and it being quite close to the 29° Pluto, there may be an element of chickens coming home to roost, karmic in some way, but also a plan to rebuild and regenerate on what is going to crumble away FOR GOOD under Pluto.
In this lunar cycle, the Sun and Pluto will both enter Aquarius together, just after the First Quarter moon phase.

It’s in my 1st house, and on the 11th I have an appointment scheduled with an orthopedic surgeon to discuss and schedule a knee replacement that I need. Talk about freakily literal, with Capricorn being related to the knees and bones! It’s reassuring to feel like my timing is good with this, though the actual surgery won’t happen until the summer.
9th house also activating a bunch of my Cancerian planets: Sun,Mars,Uranus.Also conjunct my Moon at 19 degrees Capricorn.I cancelled a very big trip we were thinking of doing. in 2024. It Felt overwhelmingly complex to plan and I just ran out of steam.Am revising what i think of “travel” in general and feeling like staying closer to home a lot more.
I have a chance at some work in the publishing arena.. but it will mean a commitment on my part to study and to work.I haven’t kept a routine or schedule in quite some time, have been retired, and it feels a bit daunting, yet my search for meaning is great and I am feeling stagnant, intellectually,I need to LEARN some new things..so, this feels like the New Moon to make a commitment. With Pluto nearing my 11th,friendships and social activities have leveled off (more like disappeared) and I am actually preferring to work, right now.
