Weekly Forecast: January 8-12, 2024 – Capricorn New Moon Trine Uranus

Monday is the last day of Sagittarius Mercury square Neptune misery as it peaks in the evening. You don’t know what’s going on, what was said, who said it? That’s par for the course. Sometimes fog lifts so slowly that you miss it, but sometimes it’s gone in a SNAP. Fog is fog till it isn’t, so don’t count on clarity or timing.

Monday’s Sagittarius Moon, however, is a breath of fresh fire, and the Capricorn Sun’s path trines retro Uranus in Taurus (exact Tuesday afternoon). If you keep climbing higher, you just might be surprised; and it’s a fiesty mood to GROOVE.

On Monday the Sadge Moon conjoins Venus then goes on to trine Chiron in Aries. The collective mood is heated with desire, needy, wanting more. It also highlights the building Venus-Chiron trine (exact Thursday), invoking a desire to capitalize on what we’ve learned (the hard way).

That’s a lot, but the perceived stress is deceptive. It’s not long lasting like the improvements we gain will be. If you can, make peace with ambiguity and the undefined. We’ll know when we know.

Tuesday’s Sagittarius Moon squares Neptune then conjoins Mercury for a last taste of fog-related mood muffling. It then heads into Capricorn and Saturn’s rule as Mars in Capricorn perfects its sextile to Saturn. The Moon closes a sextile to Saturn and conjunction to Mars overnight. Gear down and look for your opening. This isn’t a “jump in when you see it!” sort of opportunity. It’s for you, and you’ll be prepared. Trust your body, it knows best. Experience rules.

Also overnight and cruising into Wednesday, the Capricorn Moon trines Jupiter in Taurus. We wake up ready to roll, ready to keep going (even if tired). The Moon then squares Chiron and picks up a trine to retro Uranus; so we’ll be making mistakes along the way but none we can’t hack and turn. Mars trines Jupiter (exact early Friday) for some expert handling and unparalleled momentum.

Early Thursday, the Capricorn Moon perfects its trine to retro Uranus and conjoins the Sun: the new moon. The new moon trines Uranus… Venus ardently trines Chiron… Mars actively trines Jupiter. The Moon goes on to sextile Neptune then conjoin Pluto. Set that intention, make that wish. If you’re doing the work, applying the learning, and making better mistakes, you’re getting the dream. Timing is as always the questionable factor. POWERFUL mood.

The Moon moves to airy Aquarius in the evening. It’s okay to space out, to try something new. It’s been A LOT. It might even help things to sink in! Distraction is lovely.

Friday morning, the Aquarius Moon transits the midpoint of Mars and Saturn in the wake of the exact Mars-Jupiter trine. It then squares Jupiter. This is where we flush out the kinks in the coils, the future sticks in the spokes. Pay attention to what isn’t going smoothly, and that’s where we need to give it a kick. Or finesse it. It will make sense when it happens.

Afternoon takes the Aqua Moon into sextile with Chiron, then sextile to Venus in the night. The Sun picks up an applying sextile to Neptune. Experiment! Anything can be an experiment if you approach it from a novel angle. Allow for the ghost in the machine… don’t force meaning because you want something. Let it be what it is, and I’m certain you’ll like what you get. Believe in the track you’re finding. Right time, right place is a gift you give yourself when you do what you’ve learned is right. Let your path roll out ahead. Trust it.
