“Is there anything I can do?” I asked the soldier on the way to drop him at his truck.”
“No. If we were married, then yes. But marrying, Elsa P is about as easy as finding Bin Laden.”
I glanced over at him with an eyebrow raised. “Is it?”
“Yeah marrying, P, it’s just about impossible. The elusive, Elsa Panizzon. I’m going to have to print and put posters up on telephone poles. Elsa P – Escaped from the altar.”
I thought this was a Uranus in the 7th / Venus-Uranus thing – it’s Venus-Neptune as well? How does this work? Is it because V/N doesn’t deal as well with the reality of love, or something like that?
commitment-phobia = Uranus
disappearing / escaping = Neptune
I have both…
I see – thank you.
I have venus square neptune– I want to get married- but it seems only to those who don’t want to marry me. The proposals I’ve received, well, those guys weren’t for me.
So is Saturn= commitment-demanding?
I think it must be. I myself can’t take anyone’s love seriously unless he wants to marry me. And if he gets emotional support and sex & security of a relationship, he can jolly well make me an honest woman.:p It’s very 1950’s, I know. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about astrology– work with who you are, not who you “should” be.
You don’t get anywhere unless you accept that.
My husband and I both have venus trine neptune….that is so funny…no wonder we live in separate houses and like it that way!!
Hey Elsa, does this mean you had a marraige proposal under a venus retrograde? if so your man needs to find a better time to tie down that elusive venus neptune,
“Hey Elsa, does this mean you had a marraige proposal under a venus retrograde?”
Donna – no. We just talk about this all the time. He’s trying to marry me and I’m trying to marry him however no one is anywhere near sure we’ll ever manage it, however we are committed forever regardless.
